Before using this website(hereafter “This Site”), Please read the Terms of Use (hereafter “This Clause”) carefully.
Article 1  Purpose

These Terms of Use apply to Dooch Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). Internet Services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
The purpose is to stipulate the basic matters regarding the conditions of use and procedures.

Article 2  Definitions

Article 3  Effect and Modification of Terms
  • The contents of the Terms of Use may be updated from time to time without notice, and users may check the latest contents of the Terms of Use at any time on the website.
  • The Terms of Use takes effect as announcement is displayed on a service notification or by other means.
  • The user has the right to agree to the Terms of Use. If the user does not agree to the changed Terms of Use, the user can stop using the service.
    Unless the user’s refusal is otherwise expressed, the service provider assumes that the user has agreed to the change terms.
Article 4  Rules other than the Terms

If matters not specified in these Terms of Use are stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations, they shall be subject to those provisions.

Article 5  Use of Services
  • The use of services that are not directly supported by the manager can be used 24 hours a day throughout the year (24 hours a day) unless there is a special disruption in business or technology.
    However, the service may be suspended due to natural disasters, system maintenance, etc. In that case, the company notify that in advance or after the fact.
  • In principle, the services provided directly by the administrator are based on the company working hours.
Article 6  Limitation and Interruption of Provision of Services

The company may restrict or suspend all or part of the service in the following cases.

  • When natural disasters, national emergencies, changes in government budgets, or other force majeure events occur or are likely to occur
  • When it is unavoidable due to construction such as repair of facilities for service
  • When there is a hindrance to the use of the service due to congestion
  • In the event that the service cannot be maintained due to various circumstances of the company, such as termination of the contract with a partner company, etc
  • In the event that the company’s administrator deems it necessary
Article 7  Changes to the Service and Services
  • The content of the service to users is determined by company's policy and may be changed or discontinued.
  • In principle, company shall provide all information and services free of charge to all users who comply with these Terms of Use.
  • - Download : The service that user can download data about products provided by the company (Customer > Download)
Article 8  Provision of Information and Publication of Advertisements
  • The company may display various information and ads on the service screen, website, and e-mail, etc, as regards operating service and provision of information.
  • The user communicates by using advertisements posted on the service or participating in the promotional activities of advertisers through the service.
    Alternatively, making a transaction is entirely a matter between the user and the advertiser.
    If there is a problem between the user and the advertiser, you must resolve it yourself, and the company does not take any responsibility in this regard.
Article 9  Intellectual Property Rights and Restriction of Use
  • The copyright and other intellectual property rights of the works created by the company belong to the company.
  • The company grants users restricted access and use of non-exclusive and non-transferable information(“Data”) on text, pictures, videos, files, links, source codes, etc. posted on this site.
    Users can peruse and download data solely for private and non-commercial purposes, and rights to Data or copies are not transferred to the users.
  • The users should
  • - keep all the copies of the downloaded Data as it includes the notice of copyright and other property ownership contained in the Data
  • - not modify, reproduce, publicly post, execute, publish the Data regardless of the method but also not sue the Data for any other public or commercial purpose,
  • - not transfer the Data to a third party unless the third party agrees to bear the responsibilities under the Terms of Use of this clause and this site.
  • Users also should agree to comply with all additional conditions updated and announced on this site in the future.
    Copyrights for this site and all the Data posted on this site are protected by copyright laws and international conventions in each country, and users agree to prevent illegal copying of the Data.
  • The company does not grant users any explicit or implicit authority over any patent rights, trademark rights, copyrights, and/or business information, unless otherwise expressly authorized by this clause.
Article 10  Obligations of the Company
  • The company shall promptly handle a user's complaint related to the service, and if it is difficult to promptly process it, the company shall notify the user of the reason and processing schedule by posting it on the service screen or through e-mail.
  • In the event of any damage to a user due to the services provided by the company, the company shall be liable only if such damage is caused by the company's intention or gross negligence, and the scope of such liability shall be limited to ordinary damages.
Article 11  Protection of Personal Information
  • When collecting information from users, the company collects the minimum amount of information for normal service.
  • The company shall not leak, disclose, or distribute the personal information of users obtained in connection with the service to a third party without the prior consent of the person, and shall not use it for commercial purposes other than service-related business. However, exceptions are made in the following cases.
  • - When the user consents the sharing in advance
  • - When the sharing is required by the special provisions in the law or is inevitable to comply with the obligations under the law or regulations
  • - When it is necessary for the settlement of fees for the provision of services
  • - When it is necessary for the fulfillment of contract (delivery products or installation and service work)
  • - When the user or its legal representative is unable to express his/her intention or cannot obtain prior consent due to unknown address, etc., and is clearly deemed necessary for the benefit of urgent life, body, or property of the user or third parties
Article 12  Disclosure of Personal Information
  • The company may provide personal information such as the user's name and e-mail address to a third party to the extent permitted by law in the following cases.
  • - When a user is requested to provide information by an investigative agency or other government agency in violation of relevant laws while using the service
  • - When it is necessary for information protection work, such as the completion of fraudulent acts, including violations of the user's laws or violations of these Terms of Use
  • - When required by other laws
Article 13  Indemnification
  • In the event that the company incurs any damage due to the user's violation of the provisions of these Terms of Use, the user who violated the Terms of Use shall compensate the company for all damages.
  • Due to illegal acts committed by user in the process of using the service or violations of these Terms of Use, the company has received from a third party other than the user. In the event that a user receives a claim for damages or a lawsuit or any other objection, the user shall indemnify the company at his or her own responsibility and expense. If the indemnification is not made, the user shall compensate for all damages incurred by the company as a result.
Article 14  Disclaimers
  • In the event that the company is unable to provide the service due to a natural disaster or an equivalent force majeure, the company shall be exempted from liability for the provision of the service.
  • The company is not responsible for any failure to use the service due to reasons attributable to the user.
  • The company is not obligated to intervene in disputes between users and third parties through the service, and is not liable to compensate for any damages caused thereby.
Article 15  Competent Court

If a dispute arises between the company and user regarding service, a court having jurisdiction over the company’s headquarters shall be the court of competent jurisdiction.

Matters not stipulated in the Terms of Use and the interpretation of these Terms of Use shall be subject to the relevant laws and commercial practices.

These Terms of Use are effective from May 3, 2024.
