Description

The XQP series are the high technology water supply systems. It contains pumps with pump inverters (XQ drives, developed by DOOCH own) respectively, and all of them are controlled by those individual inverters.

This is a power saving booster pump system, what available for operation load optimization according to water supply, and can be operated according to actual operation rate of each pump. Also, this contains the master inverter function that can control the whole system. This enables interactive operations amongst pumps, without specific main pump controller. Moreover, even though main master pump fails, one of the other pumps is altered as a master pump, in place of that. So, this brings the stable operation without system stop.

EMC filter and DC reactor provide the more stable system condition. Besides, since the 7” full color touch LCD with GUI of high specification is applied, it is easy to operate, set up the pressure, and monitor all of the pump status, for example, operation logs, alarm logs, and so on.

Desciption

The MQ-BOOSTER is fully automatic pressure boosting system, with 2 to 6 vertical multistage pumps and continuously variable speed adjustment of each pump for fully electronic control of the required supply pressure.

The system is controlled by a integrated multi-pump controller(MQ-Drive) which includes frequency inverters and PID-controls(one per pump) in one compact package.

Each inverter in the MQ-Drive can be “Master inverter” and it is possible to run all pumps in multi-controller mode and allows each pump of the system to become a lead pump. If one master inverter fails, one of the other inverters can assume the role of master.

Description

The 747D-BOOSTER is fully automatic pressure boosting package unit, with 2 to 6 vertical multistage pumps and continuously variable speed adjustment of one pump for fully electronic control of the required supply pressure.

The system is controlled by the 747D-controller which includes one frequency inverter ,PID control card and all necessary components such as main switch, contactors in one compact cabinet.

The 747D-Controlier is to control the number of pumps in operation, as well as the speed of the individual pumps, in order to adjust the performance of the system to variations in demand.
