Small Size Booster System

  • Inverter Pump
    SQ-2DHF(T) Series SQ-DHF(T) pumps are built on the basis of DHF pumps. The main difference between the DHF and the SQ-DHF(T) pump is the variable frequency drive.

    Enhanced with the SQ-Drive, SQ-DHF(T) pump together with the appropriate sensor is turned into an intelligent, variable speed pumping system.

    The SQ-Drives adjust the motor speed which in turn provides constant pressure or differential pressure to the flow rate.

  • Multi-inverter MQ-Drive The MQ-DRIVE is a Fully integrated multi-pump specific controller which includes 2 to 6 frequency inverters(one per pump) mounted in one compact unit.

    Specially designed for booster systems, the MQ-DRIVE can link together up to six pumps and automatically control the speed of the individuals pumps to adjust the system performance to variations in water demand.

    Each frequency inverter mounted inside MQ-DRIVE can be a “Master inverter” and it is possible to run all pumps in multi-controller mode and allows each pump of the system to become a lead pump.

    If one master inverter fails, either another one is used to take the full responsibility and a steady control of the system.

  • Booster Controller OPC XQ-DRIVES are pump specific variable frequency drive that manages pump performance to match a wide range of system conditions and requirements.

    Adjusting the pump speed is the most efficient means of controlling pump flow and reducing the energy consumption As the drives are self-cooling and motor independent structure, it can be mounted directly on the motor or on the wall.

    XQ DRIVES are equipped with the latest GUI 3.5″ color LCD display. A noise filtering EMC filter and DC reactor is also installed within the XQ DRIVES.

  • Booster Controller 747D Controller The 747D-Controller is a multi-pump controller designed to control and monitor up to six identical pumps connected in parallel for pressure boosting systems.

    The 747D-Controller consists of a frequency inverter, a PID-controller and all necessary components such as main switch, contactors in one compact cabinet.

    The primary role of the 747D-Controller is to control the number of pumps in operation, as well as the speed of the individual pumps, in order to adjust the performance of the system to variations in demand.

    Various features of 747D-Controller such as automatic cascade control, forced pump changeover and dry-running protection help to increase the system reliability, energy efficiency and decrease downtime and cost-consuming maintenance.
