    This is a power saving booster pump system, what available for operation load optimization according to water supply, and can be operated according to actual operation rate of each pump. Also, this contains the master inverter function that can control the whole system. This enables interactive operations amongst pumps, without specific main pump controller. Moreover, even though main master pump fails, one of the other pumps is altered as a master pump, in place of that. So, this brings the stable operation without system stop.

    EMC filter and DC reactor provide the more stable system condition. Besides, since the 7” full color touch LCD with GUI of high specification is applied, it is easy to operate, set up the pressure, and monitor all of the pump status, for example, operation logs, alarm logs, and so on.

    XR(L) Series XR, XRL pumps are vertical non-self priming multistage centrifugal pump of in-line design, which is driven by a standard electric motor. The motor output shaft directly connects with the pump shaft though a coupling. The pressure-resistant cylinder and flow passage components are fixed between the pump head and the pump casing by means of stay bolts. The pump casing has suction and discharge ports on the same level (in-line).

    All pumps are equipped with a cartridge mechanical seal for easy maintenance. XR, XRL pumps are available in various sizes and various numbers of stage to provide the flow and pressure required. The pumps are available with DOOCH variable frequency drive (NQ/XQ/NSQ drive).

    - Booster Pump System DP pumps are all single stage, inline centrifugal pumps equipped with a standard motor and a mechanical seal. Comparing with other pumps in similar structure, these pumps are less accessible to the impurity in the liquid. The pumps are designed to be pulled out from the top when disassembled. It can be repaired without affecting the pipelines. The mechanical seal for DP200 and above is a cartridge mechanical seal. The DP pumps have the option to be equipped with Dooch’s variable frequency drives (NSQ-DP, XQ-DP).
